You reported a repair, what happens next?

When you report a repair, we give it a priority rating. This helps us decide how quickly the work should be done.

Some small but urgent repairs are covered by a rule called Right to Repair. These are called ‘qualifying repairs’ and are usually things that affect your:

  • Health
  • Safety
  • Security

We’ll tell you if your repair is a qualifying repair and when it should be finished.

If You’re Not Home

If our surveyor or contractor comes to your home and you’re not in, they’ll leave a card.
The card will tell you:

  • When they came
  • How to contact them to make a new appointment

After the Repair

  • A surveyor might visit to check the work was done properly
  • The contractor will leave a satisfaction survey and a pre-paid envelope → Please fill it in — your feedback helps us improve our service!
