🛠️ You Reported a Repair – What Happens Next?

When you tell us something needs fixing, we give it a priority.
This helps us decide how quickly it should be done.

⚡ Urgent Repairs

Some small but important repairs are covered by a rule called Right to Repair.
These are called qualifying repairs and usually affect your:

❤️ Health
🛡️ Safety
🔐 Security

We’ll let you know if your repair is a qualifying one and when it should be finished.

🚪 If You’re Not Home

If someone comes to fix the problem and you’re not in, they’ll leave a card.
The card will tell you:

📅 When they came
📞 How to contact them to make a new appointment

✅ After the Repair

👷 A surveyor might visit to check the work was done properly
📝 The contractor will leave a feedback form and a pre-paid envelope
