If something is broken in your home or in a shared area, please tell us so we can fix it.

Ways to report a repair

Open Monday to Wednesday, 10am–1pm (closed on Bank Holidays)

What to tell us

When you report a repair, please include:

Your name and address
What needs fixing (with photos if possible)
When someone will be home to let the repair person in
You can ask for the contractor to arrange a time with you directly
