Electrical Testing and Safety

⚡ Electrical Safety in Your Home

We check the electrics in your home every 10 years to make sure everything is safe and working properly.

✅ Stay Safe with Electrical Items

Here are some simple rules to help keep you safe:

🔌 Check your plugs – make sure they are wired properly and have the right fuse
👷‍♂️ Use a qualified electrician – look for one who is NICEIC-registered
⚠️ Don’t use damaged wires – if a cable looks broken, stop using it
🔌 Don’t overload sockets – too many plugs in one socket can be dangerous
🧱 Don’t use cracked plugs or sockets – they can cause shocks or fires
💧 Keep hands dry – never touch plugs or switches with wet hands
🚫 No sockets in bathrooms – it’s not safe
🪒 Only use special shaver sockets – they must be wired in properly
