Overdue Repairs

🔧 Overdue Repairs – What You Can Do

Some repairs are covered by a rule called the Right to Repair.
This means the repair must be done within a set time.

📄 What You’ll Get

We’ll send you a repair notice that tells you:

👷 The name of the contractor
🛠️ What needs fixing
📅 When it should be done

⏰ If the Repair Isn’t Done on Time

If the work isn’t finished:

📞 Contact us
🔁 We’ll ask a different contractor to do the job
📄 You’ll get a new repair notice with the same time limit

💷 You Might Get Compensation

If the second contractor also doesn’t finish the repair on time,
you might get money back as compensation.
