Some repairs need to be done straight away. These are called emergencies.
Emergency repairs include:
- ⚡ No power at all
- 🔥 Electrical fitting is smoking or burning
- ❄️ No heating or hot water (between 31 October and 1 May)
- 💧 Burst pipes
- 🚪 Broken door or lock that makes your home unsafe
- 🔓 Forced entry
- ⚠️ Something dangerous that needs to be made safe
