❄️ No heating or hot water (between 31 October and 1 May)

💧 Burst pipes

🚪 Broken door or lock that makes your home unsafe

🔓 Forced entry

⚠️ Something dangerous that needs to be made safer

Please think carefully before using our emergency service outside normal working hours.

If it’s not a real emergency, and we send someone out, you may be charged for the extra cost.
