Little Bromley Neighbourhood Plan

Little Bromley Parish Council submitted an area application to the District Council to begin their Neighbourhood Plan on 3rd June 2025. The Area Application indicated that the Parish Council intended to designate the entirety of the Parish as their Neighbourhood Plan Area.

Application to Designate Little Bromley Parish as a Neighbourhood Area for the purposes of developing a Neighbourhood Plan for Little Bromley.

The Plan Area was agreed by the the Director for Planning and Community in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing & Planning, Cllr. A Baker, and the Leader of the Council, Cllr M Stephenson.
