We don’t pay for all repairs in your home.
If you or your visitors cause damage, you might need to pay for the fix.

We’ll still fix it, but you’ll get a bill.
💰 How It Works
- 📢 We’ll tell you if you need to pay
- 🧾 We’ll send you a bill (called an invoice)
- 💳 You might be able to:
- Pay in instalments
- Claim the cost back through home insurance
🚚 When You Move Out
Each year, we spend a lot of money fixing empty homes.
Some of this is normal, but some is because of:
- 🧱 Damage
- 🗑️ Rubbish or things left behind
If we have to clean or fix your home after you leave, we will charge you for the cost.
