You said: In the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) 2024/25 survey, you told us that the most common neighbourhood problems were rubbish and litter, car parking, and dog fouling, with over half of respondents raising these issues. Concerns about rubbish and parking had increased significantly compared to the previous year.

We listened: In the March 2026 edition of Tendring Reports, our tenant newsletter, we included a feature focusing on rubbish, litter and dog fouling to raise awareness and encourage responsible behaviour.
