Improving the speed of repairs

You said: In the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) 2024/25 survey, 78% of you told us you were satisfied with the time taken to complete your last repair. However, this was lower than the previous year.

We listened: From August 2025, we began monitoring 10 key performance indicators for our main contractor, Rapid Response, to help improve the speed and quality of repairs.
