Throughout the year, we listen to your feedback at Tenant Panel meetings, walkabouts, drop‑ins and events across the district. Residents asked for the Tenant Panel to be more accessible across the district, not just in Clacton.
We did:
We held the December 2025 Tenant Panel meeting in Wix, with two further meetings already booked there for next year. We are also planning an additional session in Brightlingsea to reach even more tenants.
You said:
During our initial walkabouts, tenants asked for a map of the route to help them take part.
We did:
We now send out a map with the marked route alongside the invitation and all walkabout details, making it easier for residents to join us.
You said:
You wanted events to be held in different locations, not only in Clacton.
We did:
We have successfully held five drop‑in events in various locations across the district to make sure more tenants can attend and speak with us.
