Improving repairs in the CO11 area

You said: In the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) 2024/25 survey, satisfaction with the time taken to complete repairs in the CO11 postcode was 69%. This was significantly lower than the previous year (a decrease of 16%).

We listened: From January 2026, we changed our approach so that two building surveyors are assigned to each area. This helps provide better cover and reduces disruption caused by staff sickness or annual leave.
