Improving how we respond to emails

You said: In the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) 2024/25 survey, only 44% of residents who contacted us by email were satisfied with the outcome, compared to 70% of those who contacted us by telephone.

We listened: From December 2025, all shared mailboxes now send an automatic acknowledgement to confirm that your email has been received. This also lets you know when you can expect a response, in line with our standard response times.
