Improving how we communicate with residents

You said: In the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) 2024/25 survey, residents in the CO16 area told us they were the least satisfied with how well we keep them informed about things that matter to them (61%).

We listened: When reviewing last year’s results, we found that the areas used were too large to support effective local improvements. In the 2025/26 survey, we are introducing smaller area groupings so we can better understand and respond to what matters to you.

From April 2026, our Tenant Involvement Team is also at full capacity, which will help us improve how we engage with residents and keep you informed.
