Improving communal cleaning in the CO11 area

You said: In the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) 2024/25 survey, only around one third of respondents in the CO11 area said they were satisfied with the cleaning and maintenance of communal areas. This was 12% below the benchmark.

We listened: From January 2026, all residents who receive a communal cleaning service have been asked to complete a short survey to share their views. The Tenant Panel Neighbourhoods subgroup also reviewed the communal cleaning standards and performance data at it's January 2026 meeting to help identify improvements.
