Individual Letters or Home Visits

From time to time, we may contact you directly about matters that relate specifically to you or your tenancy, this could include sending you a letter or arranging a home visit.

These communications are usually about important issues such as:

  • Updates or changes to your tenancy agreement
  • Repairs or maintenance affecting your home
  • Health checks or compliance visits
  • Any concerns we need to discuss with you personally

We aim to provide clear information and give you the opportunity to ask questions or raise any concerns.

If a home visit is required, we will always arrange this in advance and ensure our staff carry identification.

Council tenants can request information in an alternative format, such as large print, Braille, audio, or a different language, if they have a disability or specific communication needs, please call on 01255 686488 or email housingmail@tendringdc.gov.uk
