The Council is holding a public consultation on the Preferred Options that will need to be considered as part of the Local Plan Review.
This consultation sets out the Council’s preferred policy approaches and the sites proposed for future residential, employment, and mixed-use development. We welcome feedback both in support of and objecting to the proposals, as well as any alternative suggestions.
The consultation period runs from Monday 9th February until Monday 23rd March – a period of just over six weeks.

Paper copies will also be available at public libraries around the District and at Clacton Town Hall, during usual opening hours.
