There is a significant demand for social housing andvery few properties to meet this need. Therefore, the average wait forproperties is the following-

One bedroom property- 18 months to 2 years
Two bedroom property- 2 to 3 years
Three Bedroom Property- 3 to 4 years
Four bedroom property- 5 years plus
