If you are dissatisfied with The Council’s response, you will need to contact the council to explain why they remain dissatisfied and what are you seeking as an outcome.
The complaint will then be reviewed by the Housing Solutions and Allocations Manager at the next stage of the internal complaint procedure.
You can also obtain advice and support from the Housing Ombudsman Service whilst the complaint is going through our complaints process.
