Join us for a spectacular display of large kites from East Anglian Kite Flyers. https://www.eastangliankiteflyers.org.uk/gallery.shtml(link is external) The kite festival weekend will be held on Saturday 26/07/2025 and Sunday 27/07/2025. 10am- 4pm each day. Families, children, and adults are welcome. There is disabled access, toilets, baby changing, a shop, and a café/refreshments. The displays are free to attend. There will also be a chance to decorate your own kites to fly and keep for £8 per kite with our kite workshops which will be running both days. Timeslots will be: 10-10.45 10.45-11.30 11.30-12.15 12.45-1.30 1.30-2.15 2.15-3.00 3.00-3.45 Advance booking advised - we sold out last year.

Naze Birds of Prey Evening - Owls

Imperial Birds of Prey Academy bring their informative and fun show to The Naze, capturing your attention and imagination. Covering a wide range of topics that include conservation, habitat, diet, adaptations and biology and giving you the opportunity to be up close and personal with these magnificent birds. This is a 2 hour talk with a 15-minute Q and A/ tea break in the middle. The first half of the talk will be showcasing the animals- getting them close to visitors, and the second half is more 'action' related- birds flying over the top of peoples heads, mammals running on the floor etc.
