Below is the location of all current taxi ranks in the Tendring District, together with the number of vehicles which are permitted on each rank.

Clacton on Sea

• Chapman Road:  16 spaces.
• High Street (outside Sainsbury's):  4 spaces.
• Pier Avenue (Warwick Castle Market);  6 spaces.
• Rosemary Road West:  2 new spaces.
• Station Road:  11 spaces.
• West Avenue:  5 spaces.
• Waterglade:  3 spaces

Frinton on Sea

• Connaught Avenue:  1 space.

Walton on the Naze

• Portabello Road:  2 spaces.
• The Parade:  3 spaces.

Other Areas

• Harwich:  The original rank was unused and does not now exist.
• Brightlingsea:  The original rank was taken over by the bus company.
