If you have questions or need help:
We are committed to providing a high-quality communal cleaning service across our sheltered housing schemes. Following feedback from residents, we have developed a Communal Cleaning Action Plan to help improve communication, increase transparency, strengthen resident involvement and ensure continuous service improvement.
The action plan sets out a range of initiatives designed to make it easier for residents to understand cleaning arrangements, provide feedback and help shape the service. Progress will be monitored and reviewed regularly as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering services that meet residents' expectations.
We regularly ask residents living in our sheltered housing schemes to share their views on the communal cleaning service. The survey helps us understand what is working well and identify areas where improvements may be needed.
Feedback gathered through the survey plays an important role in shaping service delivery and helps ensure residents' voices are at the heart of decision-making. We use the results to monitor satisfaction levels, inform future improvements and support the delivery of a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all residents.
