Personal Search of the Land Charges Register

We can no longer accept requests for a Personal Search of the Land Charges Register.   Our Local Land Charges Register has migrated to HM Land Registry's national register. You can access a new digital service through the HM Land Registry Portal, Business Gateway and on HM Land Registry's GOV.UK pages.

Request CON29 Information under EIR

CON29 information is data not contained on a public register. Requests can be made, free of charge, under Environmental Information Regulations (EIR).

Please send the completed request form along with a plan or mapping extract clearly outlining the area/property in question to:

EIR requests will be processed as soon as possible, but certainly within 20 working days.

Results will be emailed to the address provided.

Please note that Highway information is not held by Tendring District Council, but can be obtained from Essex Highways.
