Community Housing Fund – help for local groups
Do you want to help build homes in your community?
The Community Housing Fund gives money (called a grant) to small groups who want to build homes that local people can afford.
This money can help with:
- Starting your group as a legal trust
- Planning and getting ready to build
- Paying for things like roads or pipes before building starts
In Tendring, the council is working with groups in:
- Jaywick Sands
- Great Oakley
- Harwich
- Brightlingsea
