Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

Personal details as required.  These may include the following:

Person making a nomination:

• Name
• Address
• E-mail address (optional)
• Telephone number (optional)
• Reason for nomination

Person being nominated:

• Name
• Address
• Any other relevant information provided in support of the nomination

5 years from receipt of nomination form in accordance with the Council’s Retention Schedule.

Relevant officers within Tendring District Council.
