We have two new exciting opportunities to join our team, Tenant Involvement within our Housing department. Working with our tenants, leaseholders and other stakeholders to ensure their full and effective involvement in the services we provide.
You will also undertake regular inspections of homes, communal areas and neighbourhoods to make sure the Council meets it’s legal and regulatory standards relating to safer homes and communities.
We are looking for dynamic and people focussed individuals who are able to work on their own initiative. Our tenants and other stakeholders are the experts in knowing what excellent services should look like and this role will be central in engaging with them.
Ideally, you will have experience in tenant engagement or property management but more importantly you will have great people and communication skills.
You will be well organised, with the ability to prioritise your workload and remain calm under pressure at all times.
The post holder will be expected to hold a current clean driving licence and has access to a vehicle or is able to travel independently to all parts of the district on a daily basis.
If you think that you have the skills and personality needed to join our busy, friendly team then we look forward to hearing from you.
