Senior People Advisor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic People team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and supporting the delivery of our People Strategy, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop a high-performing and engaged workforce.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees across a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, organisational change, and policy development. You’ll work collaboratively with our managers to deliver solutions that are legally compliant, aligned with Council values, and support our strategic objectives.
