The role includes compiling maintenance reports, carrying out onsite visits, and overseeing contractors. You will communicate with a wide range of people, from visitors at the Guildhall to commercial tenants. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to a range of various tasks as part of a busy team and hours will be worked flexibly with some evening/weekend work. The postholder will be required to carry out some general maintenance. Applicants must hold a driving licence and provide their own transport. This appointment will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Scheme check.
