Fixed Term Member Advisor

As Member Advisor, you’ll provide a first-class front-of-house service as part of a friendly and dedicated team at Clacton Leisure Centre.

As the first port of call, you’ll help direct customers to the relevant facilities, handle payments, selling memberships/ junior products, and answer queries while proactively keeping members up to date with the latest news and information. You’ll also build strong relationships with colleagues and customers and demonstrate the high standards and good practices needed to ensure our operations run smoothly and safely.
