The Princes Theatre is a multi-purpose venue that hosts up to 250 events per year and is looking to bring in an experienced Front of House Manager that is reliable and enthusiastic.
The role will include planning and preparing for all aspects of front of house operations and as a Front of House Manager you will be at the forefront of ensuring that during events, guests who visit have an unforgettable experience. In this role you will be responsible for managing Stewards and Security as well as overseeing all other front of house operations to ensure the smooth running of events with excellent customer service and a focus on guest satisfaction and safety whilst always maintaining the highest standards.
You will deal with co-ordinating staff for each event, completing necessary paperwork and reports and ensuring all queries and complaints are dealt with accordingly.
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with a natural flair for customer service, be flexible and approachable to all guests and visitors to the venue with a passion and ability to work with the public in a customer focussed and busy environment. You must be diligent and hands-on with a keen eye for detail and be confident and proactive in supporting the rest of the team with their day-to-day duties whilst maintaining patience and empathy even when working under pressure. You must possess excellent communication skills and be experienced in either front of house or customer service management.
This is a casual role and you will be required to work evenings and weekends.
