Here at Clacton Leisure Centre, we might be sticklers for standards, safety, and service but we’re always looking for how we can improve on our amenities and delivery. That’s where you come in. As Assistant Manager - Group Operations, you’ll play a key role in our day-to-day running while helping us to develop our long-term plans.
Reporting into the General Manager, you’ll lead and manage the centre’s operations and support the Sports Group to achieve the very best standards in quality systems and health and safety.
You’ll need to hold key qualifications including, Pool Plant Qualification, Level 2/3 Leadership or Management qualification, National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) or be willing to complete the required qualification whilst on the job. Qualification funding is available for the right candidate.
