To recognise and respond better to tenants’ diverse needs and those with protected characteristics we have reviewed our current approach within our Understanding Diverse Needs of Tenants Report and Action Plan which outlines our commitment to continually learn, reflect and improve.

Sheltered Housing Communal Cleaning Satisfaction Survey 2026 Report

Feedback from our recent Sheltered Housing Communal Cleaning Satisfaction Survey showed that residents are generally happy with the cleaning service provided across our sheltered housing schemes, with many praising the professionalism and reliability of cleaning staff. Residents also identified areas where we can do better, particularly around communication, visibility of cleaning arrangements and how concerns are dealt with.

Driving Better Neighbourhoods

As part of our commitment to improving neighbourhoods, we are collecting key performance data relating to anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood management. This will allow us to publish Driving Better Neighbourhoods statistics at six-month intervals from January 2027, providing residents with clear information on our performance and the improvements being delivered across our communities.

This briefing note highlights the key achievements and activities delivered through Tenant Involvement from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026. During this period, tenants have helped shape services, influence decision-making and support improvements across our communities, this report shows what we have achieved in that period.
