Are you a private landlord or letting agent in Tendring?
We’re looking for homes to rent for families and individuals who need housing.

👀 What We’re Looking For

We want to:

• Help prevent homelessness
• Support tenants to stay in their homes
• Find affordable homes (ideally around Local Housing Allowance rates)
• Consider any size property and different rent levels

Many people we help can get support with:

• First month’s rent
• Deposits

✅ What You Need to Do

To work with us, you must:

• Follow the Right to Rent rules
• Provide the How to Rent guide
• Show proof of ownership (if you manage your own property)

📌 Please note: We do not manage or lease properties for landlords.
