Data Protection Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to make a complaint. In the first instance, please contact the Council so we can investigate your concerns.

Please provide as much detail as possible about your concern to help us respond.

We will acknowledge your complaint and investigate it as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed of progress and will respond without undue delay. 

If your complaint includes a service issue that is not about data protection, it will be handled separately under our Corporate complaints procedure
