🏡 Community Housing Fund – Help for Local Groups

Do you want to help build homes in your community?

The Community Housing Fund gives money (called a grant) to small groups who want to build homes that local people can afford.

This money can help with:

• Starting your group as a legal trust
• Planning and getting ready to build
• Paying for things like roads or pipes before building starts

In Tendring, the council is working with groups in:

• Jaywick Sands
• Great Oakley
• Harwich
• Brightlingsea
