The Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Survey 2024/25 gave us valuable insight into how our tenants feel about their homes, neighbourhoods, and the services we provide.
Using this feedback, we have developed an Action Plan that sets out the steps we are taking to improve key areas such as repairs, neighbourhood management, communication, and overall satisfaction.
This forms part of our ongoing commitment to listening to tenants and acting on the issues that matter most.
