Planning Application Forms

If you want to submit your application direct to Tendring District Council, and do not want to use an online platform, such as the Planning Portal, please see the below links, which allow you to access up-to-date downloadable application forms for that various application types.  

Planning Portal:

Below gives you a step by step of how to access the planning application form you need via the Planning Portal:

1. Click on this link: https://www.planningportal.co.uk/app/downloadable-forms
2. Input the site postcode
3. Select the correct address from the dropdown list and Continue
4. Highlight the relevant application form, scroll to the bottom of the page and select your application category (normally Standard Application), then Continue  
5. Three downloadable documents will be available: the selected application form, guidance notes and help text.

How to submit your application?

You can submit your application by e-mail to dcadmin.planning@tendringdc.gov.uk or send by post to: Planning Department, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, CO15 1SE.
