Missed garden waste collection

Things to check before you report a missed garden waste collection:

1. Have you checked the content of the brown bin to ensure there is no contaminating items that would prevent collection. This might be marked with a sticker.
2. Have you got the correct collection day. This can be checked quickly using our check your collection form.

If your Garden Waste collection is missed, you should report it to Tendring District Council using our report missed collection form or give us a call on 01255 686877, between 5pm of your scheduled collection day and midnight of the next working day.
