Missed recycling or food waste collection

It has come to our attention that unfortunately some residents may of received the incorrect 2026 recycling calendar. We can confirm that there are no changes to residents current recycling collection. This will be rectified and a new calendar will delivered. Please continue to present your waste as per the previous calendar and the website. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

If you believe your waste should have been collected and has been missed, please follow these steps.

1. Check that your container(s) have all correct items in them. View our pages to assist with this:
   • Red Recycling box
   • Green Recycling Box
   • Food Waste Caddy
2. Ensure your waste is placed on your boundary correctly prior to 7am on collection day.
3. Check you have the correct collection day. you can do this by using our Rubbish and Recycling collections days form.

If you have a yellow sticker on your recycling box then this means an incorrect item has been placed in the box, please refer to this and remove the item.  Unfortunately Veolia are not able to re-collect if an incorrect item was placed in the box, this will be collected on your next pick up date for that particular box.
