Infrastructure funding statements

Councils are required to produce an Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) on an annual basis.

Infrastructure Fundings Statements provide information on those S.106 contributions, both monetary and non-monetary, secured, received, and spent on infrastructure within the Tendring District throughout the financial year.
