When you purchase a property of piece of land, your solicitor will want to advise you of any matters affecting that land and how the land or property may be used.
The Local Land Charges Section carries out Official Local Authority Searches under the Local Land Charges Act 1975. These official searches guarantee comprehensive replies to the LLC1, CON29R and CON29Oenquiries submitted by your solicitor or conveyancer.
