Building Control - Fees and Charges
Tendring District Council charges for Building Control services on the basis of an hourly rate of £100 per hour.
Charges are authorised under the Building (Local Authority Charges and Amendments Relating to Charging) (England) Regulations 2026 and are calculated in accordance with CIPFA guidance.
