Customers are welcome to have their tickets posted on day of purchase.
Un-posted, paid for tickets will be held for collection in advance from the Tourist Information Centre or alternatively may be collected from the Theatre Box Office (Station Road, Clacton) on the performance night one hour prior to 'curtain up'.

Booking application should be sent to Clacton Tourist Information Centre at the address above. When paying by cheque, please enclose a SAE if you wish the tickets to be sent to you. Please make cheques payable to Tendring District Council.

Customers with Disabilities

Please advise the box office of any mobility difficulties so that provision can be made to ensure maximum comfort during your visit. For the hard of hearing the Princes Theatre is equipped with an induction loop system.

If you wish to purchase a disabled ticket, and receive a complimentary ticket for your carer, you must provide evidence that you are in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA).

We also have the Essex Hall, which can be used for meetings, exhibitions, parties and conferences.  There are kitchen facilities available with the hire of this hall.
