Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
Personal information is retained in perpetuity unless legislation requires removal of Register entry in accordance with legislation,
Documents may be requested as part of the conveyancing process, and shared with solicitors, licensed conveyancers, personal search agents, HMLR or those who requisition an Official Local Authority Search.
Some personal data may be redacted prior to supply or publication, however for example in cases of legal requirement, data may be provided in full.
No automated decision making applies to this process.
