  • Criminal convictions
  • Employment details

How long do we keep your personal data

7 years in accordance with the Council’s Corporate Retention Schedule.

  • Barristers
  • Courts
  • Professional advisers
  • Consultants
  • Police Forces

Where we get it from

Individuals (Data Subjects) via an investigations team or Police.
