12 years in accordance with the Limitations Act 1980 and Council’s Corporate Retention Schedule.

• Relevant internal services / officers
• Third party solicitors & legal advisers
• Banks and financial institutions

Individuals (Data Subjects) who enter into Contract and/or solicitors acting on their behalf.
