The purpose for this processing

To facilitate the distribution of event packs and to gain an understanding of events that are happening around the district in order to celebrate the Queens Platinum Jubilee.

Legal basis for this processing

Article 6, 1 (a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

There will be no processing of any Special Category personal data.

What data do we collect about you

Personal details as required.  These may include:

• Name of event organiser
• Address
• Email
• Telephone Number

How long do we collect your personal data

Personal Data will be kept for no longer than 12 months.

Who we share your data with

We may share your information with:

• Relevant internal officers and departments
• Distribution contractor
• Any relevant third-party partners – such as Essex University and Freeport East

Where we get it from

Personal data will be obtained directly from the relevant data subject.
