Article 6 Lawfulness of Processing (Section 1, (b)):

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at request of the data subject prior to entering into a contact.

Personal details as required.  These may include:

• Name
• Address
• E-mail address
• Telephone number
• Associated lease information

How long do we collect your personal data

6 years after the end of an agreement (12 years where made by deed) in accordance with the Council’s Corporate Retention Schedule.

Relevant external agencies and third party organisations only for the purpose detailed above.
