The whole process around consideration of a Town Council is programmed to be completed by the end of June 2026 and all personal data will be kept for 3 months following that date to allow it to be checked if there is a judicial review of any ultimate decision. If proceedings were called it would be retained until that judicial process has been concluded. All personal data will then be securely destroyed.
The Council will not share your personal data with any third parties. Aggregated data of responses will be the only data that is shared and no individual responses of residents. Organisational responses may be linked to those organisations and shared.
The Council collects data directly from the data subjects and any third parties who submit views as part of the consultation process.
No automated decision making applies to this process.
