The purpose for this processing

To enable agendas and reports to be prepared and circulated in readiness for committee meetings, where personal information may be processed.  For example, where planning applications may be submitted to the Planning Committee for approval.

Article 6 Lawfulness of processing Section 1 (e):

Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

Personal details as required. These may include:

• Name
• Address
• E-mail address
• Telephone number

How long do we collect your personal data

6 years in accordance with the Council’s Corporate Retention Schedule.

Relevant Council Officers and/or Elected Members (Councillors).

Individuals themselves (Data Subjects)
