The purpose for this processing

To maintain a log of invitations extended to the Chairman of the Council.

Article 6 Lawfulness of Processing (Section 1, (a)):

The data subject (being the sender of the invitation) has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

What data do we collect about you

Data as supplied.  These may include:

• Name
• Address
• E-mail address
• Telephone number
• Any other information provided by the person extending the invitation.

How long do we collect your personal data

2 years in accordance with the Council’s Corporate Retention Schedule.

Who we share your data with

We may share the information with:

• Relevant internal officers within Leadership Support service
• The Chairman of the Council

Individuals issuing invitations (data subjects)
